I led the strategic repositioning of So•You, transforming their visual presence to accurately reflect the agency’s internal vision and spirit.

  • Brief

So•You is a Stockholm-based advertising and production agency. They approached me because their existing brand identity felt disconnected from the way they actually operated. There was a clear mismatch between the founder’s vision and the brand’s look and feel, which hindered them from reaching their full potential in the industry.

    Solution

I began with a comprehensive brand audit, conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops to define what So•You truly stands for. Based on these insights, I developed a series of Stylescapes to explore new directions. The final choice, a direction the founder immediately embraced, focused on clarity and personality. I also gave their chunky wordmark a facelift to ensure legibility in small sizes while retaining its bold character. The result is a brand that finally feels at home where it belongs.

    Deliverables

    • Brand Audit: I conducted research and workshops to define the new strategic positioning.

    • Branding: I developed the visual identity, including the refined wordmark and stylescapes.

    • Social Media Strategy: I created a framework for how the brand should communicate across digital platforms.

    • Execution: I produced mockups and assets to demonstrate the brand’s new direction in physical and digital environments.

Brand Audit

Through stakeholder interviews and workshops, I mapped out what So•You represents and how they stack up against the competition.

A New Direction

This is the Stylescape that defined the future of So*You, bridging the gap between vision and visual execution.

Wordmark

I gave the original typography a facelift to improve clarity and balance, especially in smaller digital formats.
